Hi, To replace the lateral in your Aquatools sand filter, specifically the AQUATOOLS SAND | LATERAL, AT3124, 7-1/16” LONG | 24700-0075, ensure the system is turned off and unplugged. Remove the multiport valve to access the inside. Carefully scoop out the sand until you see the hub and laterals. Gently extract the old lateral from the hub; if it's stuck, a slight twist might help. Insert the new lateral, ensuring it fits snugly into the hub. Once secured, refill the filter with sand, reattach the valve, and reconnect the system. Power it on and verify that everything is functioning correctly, ensuring there are no leaks.
