The base that goes with the HRPB30 has been discontinued and the manufacturer did not make a replacement. We are not sure if the Model Hrp20 would work for you.
Will the Base, Model Hrp20 (23900-0105) work for a Sta-rite/Pentair HRPB30 sand filter? AQUATOOLS SAND | PEDASTAL, AT3124, AT3130 | 23900-0105
